We are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to all who are referred to us without regard to financial status.

Our philosophy is to provide our patients with state-of-the art radiation therapy, while offering support to their families through our counseling services. We wish to take this opportunity to familiarize you with our customary billing procedures. The following are just a few of the programs we participate in:

By providing us with all of your insurance information upon registration, we are able to properly bill directly for you. Should you have more than one carrier, we will automatically file your secondary insurance upon receipt of payment from your primary carrier.

Upon completion of your radiation therapy, all charges will be submitted to your insurance carrier(s). Should you wish, a written estimate of cost can be provided before treatment; please feel free to contact our billing office. For those patients without insurance coverage, please contact Kathleen, our Patient Account Manager, for a private financial consultation. Any changes in your address, telephone number, or insurance should be communicated to the office at your earliest convenience. For our Medicaid patients, please present your Medicaid cards each month for proper filing.

We understand our patients’ concerns. Regardless of the source of payment, you have the right to examine and understand your bill. We encourage you to do so. If you have any questions regarding your bill or insurance, please do not hesitate to contact our Patient Account Manager directly.
